Pricing questions

Is the price quoted upfront?
Always. You get a flat-rate quote before anything starts. No hourly billing, no scope creep surprises. If the project changes, we talk before anything changes on the invoice.
What if I start with the Tune Up and want to upgrade?
Your $297 comes off the price of The Overhaul. It's the lowest-risk way in — worst case, you get a detailed assessment and a clear list of what needs fixing.
Does the Auto Pilot require a long-term contract?
No contract. The $50/month keeps your Digital Employee running — cancel anytime. The $1,000 setup fee is one-time and non-refundable after work begins.
What does "from $2,997" mean for The Overhaul?
The price depends on the scope — a 5-page local service site is at the lower end; a more complex build with custom integrations costs more. Either way, you get a fixed quote before we start. No surprises.
Do you do payment plans?
For The Overhaul, yes — we typically split into 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Ask when you get in touch and we'll work something out.
What happens after the 30-day support period?
Most clients are fully independent at that point. If you want ongoing support, we can set up a simple monthly arrangement — but there's no pressure and no automatic renewal.
